We are currently operating a hair salon website built with WordPress and would like to add mobile web reservation and payment functionality. Customers should be able to select their preferred stylist by date and make a reservation and payment accordingly.

1. Requirements
- Reservation System
- Customers should be able to make reservations through a user-friendly interface optimized for mobile (responsive web design)
- Reservations should be available by date and time (calendar format)
- Customers must be able to choose a specific stylist when making a reservation
- Admin should be able to control the number of available slots
- Notifications must be sent to both customers and admin upon successful reservation (via email or SMS)
- SMS notifications will be supported through a provided API
- Reservations must be completed with payment
- Payment should be processed via Toss Payments
- The payment amount may vary depending on the stylist and service

2. Technical Requirements
- The current website is built with WordPress. If possible, the system should be developed as a WordPress plugin
- Mobile responsive web UI is essential
